Furniture & Home Decor Refund Policy:

At Alva House of Style, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us at info@alvaboutique.com within three (3) days if there is a problem with your order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.

In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please note that furniture, custom, and special order items cannot be cancelled.

Please be aware that the following items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges: Furniture, wallpaper, fabric, accessories, art, custom orders, sale items, and all marble products.

For lighting, we allow returns subject to a 35% restocking fee. The lighting must be returned in its original packaging, packed exactly as it was shipped. Installed, customized, or rewired lighting is not eligible for return.

Please note that you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method such as FedEx or UPS is required. Returns must be received in the original condition and packaging within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@alvaboutique.com. You must include your order number, prepay the postage, and insure each package.

We honor requests for price adjustments if the merchandise was purchased at full price and is marked down within 14 days of receipt of your package. If you have any problems or concerns with your order, our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist you.

Fashion Refund Policy:

At Alva House of Style, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, please email us at info@alvaboutique.com within 7 days of the order shipment date.

Please note that merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in new condition with all tags attached. Accessories and bodysuits cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds but provide store credit, which expires after 2 years.

Please be aware that items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

While we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Please note that we are not responsible for the return mail cost. We can provide you with a return label if requested, but it will be subtracted from the total credit amount.
